What do I need to do to reschedule or cancel a cleaning appointment?
If you need to cancel your cleaning appointment due to sickness, vacation, company etc... simply call or email within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment at “no charge”. If you call the day of your cleaning, you will be charged for your regularly scheduled appointment. Often we can place you on another day within the week of your cleaning .
What if I forget to leave the check?
If payment of services is not available at the time of our visit, we will contact you to see if we should clean or reschedule your appointment. You can then mail the check.
Can I pay a month or two in advance?
You may pay in advance either by check or cash.
How can I provide you with feedback regarding the cleanings we receive?
Your input is very valuable in helping us to serve you. Feel free to give us a call, email us anytime from our website, or leave a note for our next scheduled clean. Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer!
Are you licensed and insured?
We are licensed and insured so that you have no reason to worry about loss or breakage.
Will you use the supplies I provide or do you bring your own supplies?
We bring all of our own cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have a special cleaner you prefer, we will honor that request.
What if my cleaning day falls on a holiday?
We honor specific holidays and they are as follows: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial day, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. In preparation for these holidays, we will call you and reschedule if possible, or cancel (no charge) for that day.
What if I forgot that I had a cleaning appointment, and the home was not presentable?
We cannot place anyone else in your spot for that day on such a short notice and would therefore need to charge the full rate. We would first contact you and see if we should clean anyway and would need to charge for the extra time in putting things away before cleaning. If we have an opening that same week on a different day, we can reschedule your cleaning.
What if we wanted extra cleaning done beyond the normal cleaning?
We ask that you call the day before your cleaning or email and let us know so that we can plan accordingly. We would charge per extra job above the normal fee.(Extra Jobs)
How much do you charge?
We charge by the job and each home is different and unique. We can give you an on-line estimate or come to your home for a FREE in-home estimate.
What if you are on vacation during our cleaning appointment?
We will let you know 2 weeks in advance so that you can find a backup. We will not charge you for days we miss. We also will not charge you for a missed appointment during your vacations with advance notice.
