Being family owned and operated, we can offer more flexibility for your needs. We can also be more consistent, with no team cleaning, you will have the same housecleaner each visit.. We are a dependable, professional, thorough cleaning company. All equipment and supplies are provided. 

We are licensed and insured.  We handle all the paper work and pay for the supplies, taxes and insurance.

Each visit  includes the following duties:

Kitchen

Clean/shine large and small appliances

Dust cobs, frames, shelves, knick-kacks

Dust sills, switch plates, ledges

Clean & disinfect sink

Clean microwave inside and out

Wipe and shine counters

Vacuum rugs

Remove trash to outdoor trash can

Vacuum and mop floors

Bathrooms

Remove cobwebs

Scour tub/shower & stall/clean shower glass

General dusting of frames, ledges, etc..

Clean mirrors, counters, polish faucets

Clean & disinfect toilets

Clean switch plates, towel bars, toilet paper bar

Dust sills & baseboards

Empty wastebasket

Mop floors

Bedrooms/office/stairwell/hallway/entry

Remove cobwebs

Dust window sills, switch plates

Dust furniture, frames, shelves, knick-knacks

Clean mirrors

Dust baseboards

Dust light fixtures, & lampshades

Empty wastebasket

Vacuum or damp mop by hand

Vacuum stairs

Living room/dining room/family or bonus room

Remove cobwebs

Clean glass tables

Dust frames, shelves, furniture

Dust t.v./vcr

Wipe sills

Vacuum or damp mop

Extra jobs

(Extra jobs can be worked in but we will need a 24 hour notice so we can plan on extra time)

Scrubbing shower grout

Clean blinds

Wash windows or door entry

Sweep porch or garage

Clean cabinets or oil them

Remove fireplace ashes

Vacuum drapes

Change or make beds (unless requested in the bid)
